Back on 23 Jan 2025 we held an exciting and engaging session where we discussed the incredible benefits and features of our new EMPOWER Programme. Our goal is to empower information management professionals to excel in their roles, and we had a fantastic time-sharing, addressing challenges, and exploring solutions together. Here’s a full write-up of our lively and informative meeting:

Meet Jacqueline Stockwell

Jacqueline Stockwell, the CEO and founder of Leadership Through Data, kicked off the session with her infectious enthusiasm. She shared her vision of empowering and inspiring leaders across the globe to be heard and to change the way they communicate. Jacqueline’s passion for transforming information management training was evident as she introduced the EMPOWER Programme, designed to capture attention and make learning fun and worthwhile.

We delved into the six main problems faced by our customers and how the EMPOWER Programme addresses them:

1. Compliance Issues: Navigating global compliance requirements can be daunting. The EMPOWER Programme offers comprehensive training on compliance, including, data protection, and information governance, information management and some regional.

4. Need for Consultancy: Customers often require expert consultancy for Microsoft 365 compliance rollout and information management issues but face time and budget constraints. The EMPOWER Programme includes expert consultancy and guidance, helping customers address specific needs and challenges efficiently.
5. Comprehensive Training Needs: Information management professionals need to master multiple disciplines, including technology, compliance, public speaking, and leadership. Our user group participants were actively involved in the discussions, sharing their insights and feedback: 

• Pina emphasised the importance of accessing valuable information that can be deployed back in operational teams. 

• Ashley pointed out the challenges of keeping up with technological changes and the need for proper data management in the AI era.  

• Kyle appreciated the blended learning approach and the inclusion of both growth and development in the courses and consultancy, considering it fair. 

• Paul highlighted the value of the programme, noting the quality of services provided by Leadership Through Data and the need for a concise business case to present to management.

• E for Excellence: Personal belief systems, international standards, growing your own profile and gratitude and growth.

• R for Resources: High-quality resources and training courses to enhance processes and improve efficiency.
