This workshop gives information managers and governors an introduction to Microsoft 365 Teams and how to use a ‘Teams First’ approach.

This workshop is best for those who:

  • Have heard about the ‘Teams First’ approach but ​are unsure how to implement or achieve it.
  • Feel that their organisation / company’s Microsoft Teams is not properly governed

This workshop won’t go into detail on how to achieve ultimate teams governance, however it will cover the basics of teams, an overview of it’s governance capabilities, and will show you an example model for Microsoft Teams deployment.
